Curtis T. Watson, the founder and CEO of CW AI & DS Innovations, LLC, which officially launched today, May 22, 2024, is a multifaceted leader with a rich background spanning technology, law, military service, and finance. His upbringing in the Dallas, Texas suburbs was shaped by his mother, a career educator and administrator, and his father, a computer programmer and former United States Army officer. This diverse environment fueled his early interest in technology and problem-solving.

Early Life and Education

Curtis’s academic path reflects his diverse interests and capabilities. He earned a Bachelor’s in Economics from Texas A&M University, followed by an MBA and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Boston College. Currently, Curtis is completing a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and is set to begin a Master of Science in Data Science at Northwestern University in June 2024, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Data Engineering.

Diverse Career Journey

Curtis has an extensive professional background that includes serving as a United States Army Officer, a Texas State Trooper, an Investment Banker on Wall Street, a Six-Sigma Business Analyst, and a Federal Government IT Acquisitions professional. His roles have spanned from IT project management to Contracting Specialist and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Each of these roles has endowed him with unique insights and skills, which he now brings to his latest venture, CW AI & DS Innovations, LLC.
